Organising and preparing for a meeting can sometimes be chaotic - help out your VPE and the Toastmaster of the Evening by confirming your attendance and signing up for roles.
They will love you forever if you do!
The best way to prepare for a speech is to set a goal and a deadline for yourself then practice, practice, practice.
A self-imposed deadline is a useful exercise in integrity and leadership, which is part of the Toastmaster values.
