First, I´m sorry for my delay to reply to you but I´m with no laptop or pc at the moment and write you an email long is difficult on the phone.
Second Hello! I arrive finally at home. And nop, I thougth Gloria was in your meeting but I was mistaken I don´t know who visit Spinnaker Toastmaster before.
Any way I had a great time with you and I learnt about how other toastmaster make the meetings which was great. I love your shiny lamp for time control and all of you were absolutly nice to me and the new members, thanks.
Keith (founder Spinnakker Speakers, Portsmouth), I wanted to introduce you the person who had the same dream than you a toastmaster club but in Malaga she is Brenda Padilla (brendapadilla@hotmail.com), and the person who is now our president she is Gloria García (ggarciaordonez@hotmail.com). I think you have a lot of experiences to share and that it´ll make our clubs stronger.
As I comment to you we also have the same troubles than you we have around 60 members and in average we are around 15 members in the meetings.
My experience is from January 2013 till now, I participate almost for 2 months for free, and this year because the crisis the price I understood it was cheaper than previous years. This club is trying to get involve in every single social web site, facebook, twiter,...also a website is under construction, we are lucky because we have a photographer and he makes us nice posters to advertise ourself. But I know there is a lot of more work that I don´t know, and a lot of experiences you can share and learn from each other.
Thanks a lot for your time and patient.
All the best!
Laura
