Just another reminder of the area contest this weekend (2nd of April):
Time: 12noon (lunch) for 1pm start (Contest briefing)
Lunch: Soup and sandwich
Coffee/tea and biscuits
Cost: £10 per head

Hope you are all excited about our contest and will turn up in good numbers to support your clubs' participants.
In order to cover expenses, I'd like to charge each club £15 regardless of the number of attendees. This will cover the cost of trophies and biccies on the day.
I also plan to do a training session on the Toastmasterclub.org site after the contest. It should be about 30-45 mins after the contest and it might be useful for your officers to work with the site.
