Before the Meeting:

  • Bring a pen and paper

At the Meeting:

  • Listen closely & tally Uhms, Ahhhs, Soooo’s etc for each speaker.

During Report:

  • Note the time limit – aim for a minute!

  • Keep positive – don’t forget that you are evaluating an aspect of people’s speaking.

  • Try not to single out people by using ‘You’.
