Pre Launch Committee-
Held meetings to discuss & agreed, a team, a location, day & time for meeting. A meeting structure, awards, launch date & eventually successors. All agreed to stay for minimum of one year

Line up in advance past club officers from neighbouring clubs to give Educational Speeches.
Line up in advance members from neighbouring clubs to present speeches
Set up use of Easyspeak for new club
Assign each new member with a Mentor

Club Website played a big part in generating visitors to our demonstration meeting & subsequent meetings
Facebook, was also a great tool to get the word out to many more friends & the public
Notices in local papers & radio. Place notices in shops, churches, community centres and waiting rooms
Press release with photographs played a very important role
Use Easyspeak to promote to club members, facebook & website to other clubs and general public
Use of Toastmaster Magazines placed in waiting rooms and handed out to visitors
Line up " visiting Toastmasters & clubs " to attend first six meetings
VP Membership
All about networking- members encouraged to invite friends, work colleagues, relatives and neighbours to meetings
Each Visitor received a " Visitor Pack" which included- brochure, TI magazine, business card & membership form
Name badges used for members and visitors
Visitor book used to follow up with visitors
