Club Officer Roles

The President is overall leader.

The Vice President Education schedules the meetings.

The Vice President Membership recruits new members and retains existing members.

The Vice President Public Relations publicises the club to attract potential new members.

The Secretary looks after administration and record keeping.

The Treasurer manages the club’s finances.

The Sergeant At Arms manages the physical aspects of meetings like setting up the room.

... and let us not forget the Immediate Past President!
