Trojan Speakers in Ealing, London

Learn the art of public speaking in friendly group sessions.

Trojans Speakers offers you a simple and inexpensive way to improve your presentation, leadership and communication skills. Our friendly meetings provide a supportive and positive environment.

We are accredited within Toastmasters International, the most popular not-for-profit voluntary training organisation in the world with over 14,000 clubs.  Our meetings are relaxed but our techniques are tried and tested and proven to get results.

Members practice impromptu speaking and prepared speeches, drawing on the educational programme of Toastmasters International. We get the authentic experience of standing up in front of an audience, plus feedback from experienced evaluators. Our members are from a diverse variety of backgrounds and age groups, and as well as our common speaking goals, we like to have fun.

How to review your progress and participation 
Progress and participation can be traced back at the Member Charts page. This page is accessible anywhere through the menu bar: This Club -> Member Charts. 

Various charts can be chosen, including: Speeches, Leadership Track (from the CL Manual), Participation, to name a few. 

How to trace your meeting roles 
At any of the meeting pages, click on the little graph icon just left of your name. 

This is especially helpful when you are filling up application for the Toastmasters Of The Year. 

How to trace your speech history 
At any of the meeting pages, use the link on the left sde: My Paricipation > View My Speech Progress


How to request a speech at a meeting
At any of the meeting pages, use the link on the left sde: My Paricipation > Request a Speech
Select your preferred speaking date, select the manual and assignment and fill in the speech title if you know it already.


How to set a Personal Objective
When you have personal objectives (and agreed them with your Mentor if you have one) you can enter them in the system and have them show in yourPersonal Speech Progress and Leadership Progress screens. Just go to the Personal Progress screen and click on the 'New Goal' button.

This information is also visible to your Mentor and to the Club VPE - who can use them as a guide when assigning meeting roles and speeches for future meetings.

 

The Member List page is accessible anywhere through the menu bar: This Club -> User List.
